Mumbai, Oct. 27 -- Home Minister Amit Shah today said that based on the deep structural reforms in the maritime economy, the country now stands tall as an emerging power on the global maritime map.
Shah in his address at the inaugural session of the Indian Maritime Week 2025 in Mumbai today said the country's naval strength as well as its location is evident from the nation's coastline which is over 11000 km long, with 13 coastal states & UTs, while it also possesses an exclusive economic zone.
