Santiago, Dec. 2 -- India began their Women's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup 2025 campaign in commanding fashion, defeating Namibia 13-0 in their Pool C opener at the Centro Deportivo de Hockey Cesped Estadio Nacional in Santiago, Chile.

According to Olympics.com, Kanika Siwach (12', 30', 45') and Hina Bano (35', 35', 45') led the scoring with clinical hat-tricks, while Sakshi Rana (10', 23') netted twice. Binima Dhan (14'), Sonam (14'), Sakshi Shukla (27'), Ishika (36'), and Manisha (60') added a goal each in India's dominant performance.
