New Delhi, Nov. 27 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today extended his "heartiest congratulations" to the Indian contingent for their record-breaking performance at the 25th Summer Deaflympics in Tokyo.
The team secured an unprecedented 20 medals-nine gold, seven silver, and four bronze-marking the country's best-ever showing at the Games.
