Shimla/Bridgetown, Oct. 9 -- As the 68th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference began in Bridgetown, Barbados, delegates including Indian representatives renewed their appeal for more nations to join the Commonwealth, a vibrant league of 56 countries that promotes democracy, peace, and sustainable development.
