Aizawl, Feb. 7 -- As Bangladesh grapples with internal unrest that could impact neighbouring Indian states, a joint boundary inspection team from India and Bangladesh convened in South Mizoram's Lunglei district.
Deputy Commissioner Navneet Mann hosted a luncheon meeting with the delegation at Lunglei Circuit House on Thursday.
According to an official statement, the joint survey is part of the 2024-2025 fieldwork programme, following decisions taken at the 45th Joint Boundary Conference held in Kolkata from November 12-14 last year.
