Gaborone (Botswana), Nov. 14 -- India has assured Botswana, a country in southern Africa that faces one of the highest HIV prevalence rates in the world, that it will provide it with easy access to quality and affordable medicines, most importantly ARVs or Anti-Retroviral therapy.

This assurance was given during the visit of President of India, Droupadi Murmu to Gaborone.
