Brussels/New Delhi, Sept. 10 -- India and the European Union, during the joint working group meeting on Counter Terrorism, condemned the heinous Pahalgam terror attack and stressed the importance of cooperation in multilateral fora, such as the United Nations, the Global Counterterrorism Forum (GCTF) and the FATF.

The two sides held their 15th Meeting of the Joint Working Group on Counter Terrorism (CT) in Brussels on September 9.

The Dialogue was co-chaired by Maciej Stadejek, Director for Security and Defence Policy in the European External Action Service, and K.D. Dewal, Joint Secretary (Counter-terrorism) in the Ministry of External Affairs of India, an EU statement said.
