Minsk/New Delhi, Oct. 28 -- India and Belarus held the Eighth Round of Foreign Office Consultations in Minsk during which they discussed the entire gamut of bilateral relations, including political, economic, cultural, tourism, education and consular matters.
The talks were co-chaired by Secretary West Sibi George and the Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Evgeny Shestakov.
