New Delhi, Oct. 10 -- India and Afghanistan today unequivocally condemned "all acts of terrorism emanating from regional countries", in a pointed reference to Pakistan, even as Kabul reiterated that the Afghan government will not allow its territory to be used against India.

In the joint statement, issued after talks between External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Afghan Taliban Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi here, also saw several announcements by India of assistance in health cooperation.
