Tokyo/ New Delhi, Aug. 29 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India and Japan will continue to be a force for peace, progress, and stability in Asia and the world while providing support for Global South.

In his interview with The Yomiuri Shimbun, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "India and Japan will continue to be a force for peace, progress, and stability in Asia and the world." He underlined stronger cooperation in defence, semiconductors, space, and economic ties, alongside people-to-people linkages and support for the Global South.
