Hyderabad, Dec. 30 -- : The Income Tax Department on Tuesday issued a public advisory warning citizens against forged and fake appointment orders being circulated by fraudulent elements in the name of the Department. These fake documents falsely claim recruitment to various posts and are intended to mislead and defraud the public, the Department said in a release.
The Department has clarified that no such appointment orders have been issued.
It has further stated that no individual, agent, or private agency is authorised to issue employment offers or collect money on its behalf.
