He was speaking at an 'International Day of Persons with Disabilities' event here at Padma Shri Padma Sachdev Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar.
The event was organized by Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (CRC).
The global theme for this year's International Day of Persons with Disabilities is "Fostering disability-inclusive societies for advancing social progress".
