Rajanna Sircilla, Dec. 31 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Wednesday issued an ultimatum to the state government, demanding immediate implementation of the 'Worker to Owner' scheme before Sankranthi, failing which the party would launch a massive dharna with nearly 10,000 weavers in Sircilla.
In a statement, KTR alleged that the Congress government had deliberately delayed the scheme for the past two years and was undermining a revolutionary programme envisioned to transform textile workers into owners.
