Imphal, Feb. 6 -- The second Eikhoigi Imphal International Film Festival, 2025 began at the City Convention Centre, here on Thursday.
Organized by the Manipur State Film Development Society and the Manipur State Film & Television Institute, the festival celebrates the power of cinema in shaping culture and society.
Minister (Health & Family Welfare and IPR), Manipur, Dr. Sapam Ranjan Singh highlighted the profound impact of films on individuals, communities, and the state, emphasizing their ability to bring positive change.
