Bhubaneswar, Aug. 2 -- The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has ushered in exciting times, albeit with concerns regarding employment.
However, students must chart their own path by focusing on job creation, said Dr. Anand Deshpande, Founder Chairman and Managing Director of Persistent Systems, during an interaction at SOA Deemed to be University today.
"We are moving towards a scenario where work will increase, but jobs will decrease. Instead of searching for jobs, you need to think about creating them," Dr. Deshpande told the students.
Responding to a question on AI and the future, he said that AI has tremendous potential to solve complex problems and significantly boost productivity.
