Los Angeles, May 10 -- Imogen Poots and John Reynolds have been cast in the lead roles of "Sex Criminals", Prime Video's upcoming adaptation of the acclaimed Image Comics series.
The eight-part series is being developed by Emily V. Gordon, Kumail Nanjiani and Tze Chun in collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios and LuckyChap, according to DEADLINE.
In the eight-episode Sex Criminals, co-created by Gordon, Nanjiani and Chun, Suze (Poots) is a normal girl with an extraordinary ability: when she has sex, she stops time. One night, she meets Jon (Reynolds), who has the same gift. And so they do what any other sex having, time-stopping couple would do: they rob banks.
