Islamabad, Nov. 27 -- In its latest technical assessment concerning Pakistan's ongoing energy crisis, the International Monetary Fund has attributed its problems to the deeply entrenched corruption across all its spheres.

The study, released as a diagnostic, serves as a blueprint for reform, by making viable recommendations for tackling statewide incompetence in tackling corruption.
