Ch. Sambhajinagar, Sept. 26 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an extensive weather warning for all eight districts of the Marathwada region, forecasting very heavy rainfall commencing tomorrow due to a well-marked low-pressure area over the Bay of Bengal.

This fresh spell of intense weather activity arrives as the region continues to recover from previous flooding incidents that have already resulted in eighty-four fatalities and extensive damage to crops across lakhs of hectares.
