Bengaluru, Sept. 17 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) today issued a rain alert for Bengaluru and several other districts of Karnataka, warning of light to moderate showers until September 20.
According to the IMD, the city will experience cloudy skies, gentle breezes and occasional rainfall over the next few days. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 27 degrees Celsius, while the minimum may stay close to 21 degrees. Humidity levels are likely to remain high, around 91 per cent.
The weather office cautioned that continued rain could lead to waterlogging, power cuts and traffic disruptions in parts of Bengaluru. Citizens have been advised to follow safety guidelines and limit unnecessary outdoor movement.
