New Delhi, Aug. 14 -- Heavy rains have led to waterlogging and traffic congestion in many parts of Delhi. Areas such as Lajpat Nagar, RK Puram, Lodhi Road, and the Delhi-Haryana border witnessed heavy showers.
An orange alert has been issued in many districts of Uttarakhand from August 14 to August 17.
IMD said, "There will be moderate to intense rainfall in Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, North Madhya Pradesh, and West Uttar Pradesh during the next three hours."
IMD has issued a heavy rainfall alert in Hyderabad today. There are high risks of waterlogging and traffic congestion in low-lying areas.
