Shimla, March 24 -- Indian Meterogical Department forecast rain or snowfall in most places of the state in next 24 hours.
Met Office said in a press release issued here today that a western disturbance is affecting weather conditions in most places of state from today onwards as widespread rainfall along with Thunderstorms, lightening and hailstorm likely to occur in few places of mid and foothills and light to moderate spell of snowfall on high reaches may plummet the Mercury.
Yellow warning of Thunderstorms and lightening accompanied with hailstorm is issued at few places for today and isolated places tomorrow. Inclement weather would continue till March 28 in the state.
