Chennai, Nov. 7 -- The Indian Institute of Technology-Madras (IIT-Madras) is all set to help organise the fourth edition of the'Kashi Tamil Sangamam (KTS 4.0)', an initiative of the union Ministry of Education from December two and it would culminatewith a grand finale at the Temple town of Rameswaram.
The month long cultural and intellectual confluence, envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will bring together over 1,500 delegates across seven categories to celebrate the shared heritage and the timeless civilizational connect between Tamil Nadu andKashi (Varanasi).
