Varanasi, Dec. 27 -- With the aim of empowering and making farmers of Eastern Uttar Pradesh economically self-reliant, a crucial meeting is being organized on December 28, under the proposed Agribusiness Park by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-BHU) in collaboration with Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and renowned agricultural scientists.
The objective of this meeting is to accelerate the overall development of agriculture and agribusiness in the region.
The active participation of approximately 100 farmers from Eastern Uttar Pradesh has been ensured in the program. Senior and distinguished agricultural scientist Professor Punjab Singh will grace the occasion as the chief guest.
