Thiruvananthapuram, July 26 -- Ignoring soft skill development by professionals would create stumbling blocks in their career as they require a comprehensive learning to survive in any industry, said Jaljit Narayanan, GM and Head of Human Resources, Nissan Digital India.
"I strongly believe that for professionals to grow in their career, their learning has to be two-pronged -- technical knowledge in the respective area of expertise and soft skill improvement. Learning has to be comprehensive in that sense," he observed.
