Shillong, Jan. 24 -- Inspector General of Border Security Force Meghalaya Frontier, Om Prakash Upadhyay on Saturday distributed 155 appointment letters to selected candidates from the state and Arunachal Pradesh.
The event was held as part of the 18th edition of the National Rozgar Mela, organised at 45 locations across India.
At Shillong, 155 candidates from Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh received appointment letters for various Central government departments.
The distribution included 76 candidates in BSF, 42 in CRPF, 20 in ITBP and 11 in Assam Rifles, among others.
