Thiruvananthapuram, Dec. 14 -- IFFK Experienzia stands as a moving tribute to three decades of living and breathing cinema, capturing the enduring legacy of the International Film Festival of Kerala, a festival that has consistently celebrated the poetry of shadow and light.
The exhibition was officially inaugurated at Tagore Theatre on the third day of the festival by renowned African filmmaker Abderrahmane Sissako, recipient of the IFFK Lifetime Achievement Award.
Over the past 30 years, Thiruvananthapuram has grown with the festival- learning to wait patiently in long queues, engaging in heated post-midnight debates on cinema, and discovering the beauty of distant languages and unfamiliar cultures.
