Lucknow, Feb. 17 -- Making a big statement on the new UGC regulations, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat said that everyone should obey the law.

"If the law is wrong, there is a way to change it. Castes should not become a cause of conflict. If there is a sense of belonging in society, such problems will not arise," he said.

Speaking at a social harmony meeting at Saraswati Shishu Mandir in Nirala Nagar, Lucknow on Tuesday, RSS chief said that those who have fallen must be lifted. Everyone is our own; this feeling should be in mind. The world progresses through coordination, not conflict. There should not be a sense of suppressing one and elevating another.
