Hyderabad, Nov. 18 -- ICRISAT's solar-powered water hyacinth harvester has been recognised as one of India's Top 100 Innovations of 2025 by the India Innovators Association.
The announcement was made during the launch of the book Top 100 Indian Innovations 2025 at the India International Innovation and Invention Expo (INEX India) held last week in Goa.
The in-house-designed harvester offers an eco-friendly solution to the widespread problem of water hyacinth infestation across Asia, Africa and Latin America.
