Aizawl, March 25 -- In a significant step towards strengthening HIV/AIDS awareness and preventive efforts among college students, the ALORA - Centre for Wellness was inaugurated at ICFAI University, Durtlang, Tuesday.
The centre has been established under the joint initiative of SHALOM and PATH, with support from the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) and UNAIDS.
Dr. Jane R. Ralte, Project Director of Mizoram State AIDS Control Society (MSACS), inaugurated the centre and lauded the initiative to raise awareness among young people.
