Kochi, July 15 -- The ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (ICAR-CIFT) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Trueblend Foods Pvt Ltd to provide scientific and technical support for the development of health-oriented snack products.
Dr George Ninan, Director of ICAR-CIFT, and Lakshmi Ikarath Charudath, one of the Directors of Trueblend Foods Pvt. Ltd., signed the MoA.
Under this collaboration, ICAR-CIFT will assist in enhancing product quality, shelf life, packaging, and nutritional value for four of Trueblend's products, including Seed Cycling Bars and Nut Butter Bites.
