ICAI National Convocation held, 19,949 new CAs inducted across Asia, india

Chennai, Dec. 30 -- In all 19,949 Chartered Accountants were inducted into theprofession across Asai at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)Convocation 2025 held last evening.

It was held across 15 national locations, including in Chennai.

During the ceremony, 19,949 newly qualified Chartered Accountants nationwidewere awarded Certificates of Membership, and rank holders from September 2025examinations were felicitated.

Chief Guest Vivek Bharadwaj, Secretary, Ministry of Panchayati Raj, addressed thegathering, while ICAI President CA. Charanjot Singh Nanda administered the professionaloath to the new members, a PIB release said.
