New Delhi, May 11 -- The Indian Air Force marked the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor by organising an 88-hour commemorative relay run in the national capital, honouring what officials described as one of the force's most decisive air campaigns in recent years against terror infrastructure and Pakistani military assets.
The event, titled "Op Sindoor Commemorative Run," was held from May 7 to May 10 and symbolically mirrored the 88-hour duration of the air operations carried out last year.
The relay was flagged off at 1:05 am on May 7 from India Gate by the Air Officer-in-Charge Administration and concluded on May 10 at 5 pm at Air Force Station New Delhi, where it was received by the Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal A.P. Singh....
