Moscow, Sept. 26 -- A nuclear war between India and Pakistan is unthinkable and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) does not carry out inspections of nuclear facilities in countries that have not signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), said Rafael Mariano Grossi, Director General of the UN nuclear watchdog.
Speaking to a group of visiting foreign journalists, he also said the safety regulations of the existing nuclear power plants will be applicable for the small modular reactors (SMR).
