New Delhi, Dec. 17 -- In a short time, the Indian Cybercrime Coordination Centre (I4C) has worked towards enhancing country's collective capability to tackle cybercrimes and develop effective coordination among all law enforcement agencies.
In a written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha, Minister of State in the Ministry of Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar has stated that I4C was set up as an attached office of the MHA from July 1, 2024, as it focuses on tackling citizens-centric cybercrime.
The I4C also works to improve coordination among various law enforcement agencies and the stakeholders, capacity building and cybercrime awareness.
