Saarbrucken (Germany), Nov. 1 -- Unnati Hooda stunned fourth seed Lin Hsiang-Ti of Chinese Taipei and entered semi-finals at the Hylo Open 2025 badminton tournament while Indian shuttlers Lakhsya Sen, Ayush Shetty and Kiran George bowed out in the quarter-final matches in Saarbrucken, Germany.

However, Unnati Hooda was the only Indian badminton player to progress in the women's singles semi-finals of the BWF Super 500 tournament, as per the Olympics.com.

Unnati, who has been one of India's most promising young shuttlers, stunned fourth seed Lin Hsiang-Ti of Chinese Taipei 22-20, 21-13 in just 47 minutes.
