Hyderabad, April 17 -- Hyderabad-based National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRD&PR) on Thursday organised a three-day 'Exposure Visit' for the first batch of 200 Mukhiyas from Bihar.

The Exposure visit was organised in connection with Bihar Institute of Public Administration & Rural Development (BIPARD) organising a seven-day Training for Elected Representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions, specifically for Mukhiyas --- Gram Panchayat Presidents.

During the visit, these panchayat representatives will be visiting few best performing Gram Panchayats in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh up to April 19 coordinated by NIRDPR.
