Hyderabad, Dec. 22 -- Telangana Chief Secretary K Ramakrishna Rao on Monday reviewed preparations for organising the Kite Festival in the city from January 13, directing officials to hold the event on a grand scale in line with the Chief Minister's vision for Sankranthi celebrations.
At a meeting held at the Secretariat, the Chief Secretary said the festival should reflect Hyderabad's vibrant culture and festive spirit.
He asked departments to finalise a suitable name, distinctive branding and an attractive logo to give the event a unique identity and wider visibility.
