Hyderabad, March 12 -- Hyderabad recorded 3.5 million sq ft in warehousing transactions in 2024, with 34 per cent of the total transactions attributed to the manufacturing sector, according to Knight Frank India's latest report.

The report highlights Hyderabad's 16.4 million sq ft development potential to accommodate future warehousing demand - nearly five times the transaction volumes recorded in 2024.

The manufacturing sector (excluding FMCG and FMCD) dominated the market, accounting for 34 per cent of total transactions, followed closely by the retail sector at 33 per cent. Key manufacturing contributors included renewable energy, automotive, and auto-ancillary industries.
