Hyderabad, April 26 -- Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi arrived here on Saturday afternoon to participate in the plenary session at the final day of the two-day Bharat Summit at HICC here. On his arrival at the Shamshabad airport here, Gandhi was given a warm welcome by Chief Minister A Revanthe Reddy and other senior congress leaders. In the evening, Rahul Gandhi will participate in the summit's plenary session where the ' Hyderabad Declaration' will be announced. Originally scheduled for Friday, the plenary was deferred to Saturday following Rahul Gandhi's sudden visit to Kashmir to meet with survivors of the Pahalgam terror attack.
