Hyderabad, Nov. 2 -- Vigilance should serve as an instrument to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of any organization, said National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) Chairman and Managing Director Amitava Mukherjee.
Addressing the gathering as Chief Guest during the Vigilance Awareness Week celebrations held at Singareni Bhavan here on Saturday evening, Mukherjee stated that work culture in organizations improves only when employees discharge their duties impartially - even in the absence of supervision.
