Hyderabad, Sept. 24 -- Nalsar Law University today clarified there was no link between the Onam celebrations held on September 20 and the death of the student.
"We are extremely saddened by the untimely passing of Sahastranshu Pandey, our beloved friend and a fifth-year student of our university," according to a joint Statement issued by the NALSAR Student Bar Council and the administration, said the University Vice Chancellor Prof.Srikrishna Deva Rao in a release here.
What is more concerning are the multiple narratives and media articles about his demise, unsupported by facts and without consent from his family, he said.
