Hyderabad, Nov. 30 -- Emphasising the centrality of Fundamental Rights in Indian democracy, former Chief Justice of the High Court of Patna, Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, today stated that these rights can be meaningful only when citizens also fulfil their Fundamental Duties.

Justice Reddy, who is also President, Keshav Memorial Educational Society (KMES) and Chancellor, University of Hyderabad, addressing students after visiting the Photo Exhibition on Constitution Day organised by the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Hyderabad, highlighted the significance of the Indian Constitution, describing it as the outcome of the remarkable work of the Drafting Committee led by Dr. B.
