Hyderabad, March 27 -- City police arrested a drug peddler and consumers and seized 60 grams of MDMA worth Rs 6 lakh from their possession.
The Commissioner's Task Force (Jubilee Hills Zone), in coordination with Sanathnagar Police, apprehended Songapu Hemanth (23), a student from IDPL, and Mukkagalla Nagendra (21) from Chintal (both consumers), along with two juveniles, for possession and sale of the narcotic substance.
Two other suspects, Sai Nikhil Yadav and Aditya, are currently absconding, police said in a statement on Friday.
According to police, the accused procured MDMA at lower prices and sold it to known customers at higher rates. Two days before their arrest, they had allegedly purchased 60 grams of the drug from the abscondin...
