Hyderabad, Aug. 4 -- Telangana Congress MLC and Siasat News Editor Amer Ali Khan today took a significant step toward the economic empowerment of Muslim youth by spearheading an overseas recruitment programme in partnership with Telangana Overseas Manpower Company Ltd. (TOMCOM).
