Hyderabad, March 11 -- Chief of the Army staff (COAS) Upendra Dwivedi, visited the College of Defence Management (CDM) in Secunderabad here Tuesday and addressed officers undergoing the 21st Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC-21).
During his address, the Army Chief outlined the Indian Army's vision for transformation in response to the evolving security environment, stressing the importance of technological capability, organisational agility and self-reliance, a Defence release said here on Wednesday.
He said the Army's transformation would remain anchored in the core values of truth, trust and transparency.
