Hyderabad, May 18 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) expressed deep shock over the tragic fire incident at Gulzar House near Charminar that claimed 17 lives on Sunday.
