Shimla, Feb. 8 -- Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) President Vinay Kumar said on Saturday that the state Congress will be reconstituted by the end of the month.
All India Congress Committee has convened an important meeting of the newly appointed district presidents of the state in New Delhi, which will be attended by the Chief Minister and Vinay Kumar.
Addressing media persons here, Kumar said under the organisation-building campaign, there is a strong possibility that the HPCC, district and block presidents, and executive committees will be approved in this meeting.
