Shimla, April 23 -- The BJP on Thursday announced that it will intensify its agitation across Himachal Pradesh against the Congress-led state government accusing it of failing on multiple fronts and losing public trust.

The decision was taken during a key meeting of the party's state Core Group and office bearers held at the BJP headquarters, Deepkamal, in Chakkar here under the chairmanship of State President Dr Rajeev Bindal.

The meeting was attended by State In-charge Shrikant Sharma, Co-Incharge Sanjay Tandon, Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur, Member of Parliament Suresh Kashyap, and other senior leaders, including Dr Sikander Kumar, Sanjeev Katwal and Payal Vaidya.
