Hamirpur (HP), March 20 -- Dog menace has taken alarming proportions in various parts of the Hamirpur district these days.
As many as ten people, including a school going girl were bitten by stray dogs in Hamirpur and Sujanpur Tira towns of Hamirpur during the last three days; as a result, people are panicky.
In Ward Number 5 of the Hamirpur Municipal Corporation, a stray dog attacked a nine-year-old schoolgirl at 8:00 AM on Thursday while she was on her way to school, leaving her severely injured.
Similarly, in the Sujanpur market area, a single stray dog has bitten nine people within a span of just three days. One of the victims is critically injured, yet municipal council employees have so far been unable to capture the dog. In total,...
