Shimla, Sept. 27 -- The monsoon season has officially ended in Himachal Pradesh, and it was recorded as a very wet season.

The rains, which finally left the state yesterday, were much heavier than what the state usually receives.

Official numbers show that from the start of June until now, the entire state received forty percent more rainfall than normal. However, the real story of this year's monsoon lies in the final month, which was extraordinarily rainy.
